This local hotspot, in the heart of The Hague welcomes hotel guests and local guests at our cosy restaurant or sunny terrace. Culinary food, excellent wines, delicious cocktails: Restaurant Sophia is the place to be!
Your day at work
When you have changed, you pass by our canteen for a cup of coffee. You have a small chat with a colleague and are ready for work. You are excited for today! Chef has already made a big to-do list for all the mise en place that needs to be done and you get to work. With nice music in the background, you and your colleagues prepare everything for today's lunch and dinner! The first orders are starting to trickle in. Showtime! You support your colleagues and ensure that everything is ready. The first prepared dishes come along and you look at it with pride. What a nice job you have!
Do you recognize yourself in the following
- You are well organized, representative, hospitable, stress-resistant and communicatively strong
- You have completed a MBO cooking degree level 3 or 4
- You have extensive product knowledge and you have experience with the hospitality hygiene code
- You have an eye for quality and continuously seek new inspiration and the latest trends in the culinary world
- You have a great love and passion for food and beverages
- But above all - you are a great cook!
