About our rates

At the Carlton Hotel Collection, it is our goal to make you feel comfortable from the moment you make your reservation to the time you check out of your room. With this in mind, we are happy to provide additional rate options, allowing the guest to choose which option provides the best value. Although each hotel has fixed published rates, we do offer rates on a daily basis with clear flexibilities or restrictions, depending on the demand. All Carlton Hotels offer the following:

Carlton Flex Rate: best available rate with no restrictions.

Guarantee Policy

Credit card details are requested in order to guarantee the reservation after 14.00 hours on arrival date. In case of no-show, the total amount of the first room night will be charged. On arrival your credit card will be authorised for the total room rate for your stay plus £50 per night to allow for extras. (Details may vary depending on the type of rate chosen)

Cancellation Policy

No cancellation charge will be billed if you contact us to cancel your reservation by 14:00 hours (local hotel time) on the day of arrival. Details may vary depending on the type of rate chosen.

Check-in Time after 15:00 hours

Check-out time 11:00 hours

All rates include service, tax and VAT and are subject to change without prior notice.

Breakfast is not included in rates unless otherwise stated.

Smoking is not permitted in any part of the hotel in line with current legislation.
